Marco and Arminda’s Cool Glamor Wedding

We had the privilege of working on creating the wedding of Marco and Arminda. This beautiful couple’s wedding used the cool colors of blue and silver for a glamorous look.

Their church ceremony was given minimal decoration, as the venue itself was breathtaking with its artwork. Each aisle was marked by a simple vase holding a candle.

This minimalist decor was carried over to their reception, where it was given a bit of bling.

For their florals, Marco and Arminda chose arrangements of hydrangeas and roses. These blooms were used both in bouquets and in the tall silver vase centerpieces.

To add an extra element of glitz, the reception included touches of mirror and crystals. Both of these caught the blue light of the room and the flickering light of the candles for a great effect.

Marco and Arminda’s top table put them in a regal standing with white throne-like seats. The shape of these thrones was also mirrored in their beautiful square-tiered wedding cake.

Elegant Calla Lilies

Cala Lilies are a beautiful, classic approach to florals and can add a lot to the architecture of an event! Recently, we were given the opportunity to play with calla lillies at a green, black, and white color-schemed soiree, and absolutely loved it. Take a look at how we styled the event:

Underwater flowers added a modern touch to the affair – and the candles on top illuminate them, to bring out the beautiful greens and ivories below!

The calla lily’s long and unique shape allows it to be a bold decor piece even without a vase! Laying them directly on to tables, with candles and jewels, is an elegant way to display your florals.
